At present account confirmation services are available only to Credit Unions that can provide a qualified "AIRES" file from their in-house system or data processing vendor.  Other financial institutions or organizations can use this service if they can format their data in the "AIRES" file format.  The file specifications for an "AIRES" file can be found by clicking on the "AIRES File" page of this web site.

Pricing

Due to our extensive experience in producing audit confirmations for AIRES and other files we are able to offer a fixed price to Credit Unions, based on their total asset size. The following prices are plus the actual cost of postage and any cost your data processing vendor might charge for producing an AIRES file.

Credit Unions under $10,000,000 in total assets - $425

 

Credit Unions with $10,000,000 to $50,000,000 in total assets - $525

 

Credit Unions with $50,000,000 to $100,000,000 in total assets - $600

Credit Unions with $100,000,000 to $500,000,000 in total assets - $825

Credit Unions over $500,000,000 in total assets - $1,250

The above prices are based on receiving a fully qualified AIRES file, any required data manipulation will be billed at our per hour rates  Any incomplete or out-of-balance file will be subject to a flat $100 processing fee and will be returned with an explanation of the problem.  However, no account confirmations can be produced from an incomplete or out-of-balance file.
